A huge thank you to the Colfax Cub Scouts, their parents and Mr. Mosey for planting 20 native shrubs at the preserve on May 12th. 10 Service Berry shrubs and 10 Hazelnut shrubs were planted on the east end of the preserve near the Red Cedar River. These native shrubs will benefit wildlife for many years!
